Chung In-sun, President of the Korea Soft Tennis Association, has been elected as the 17th President of the International Soft Tennis Federation.
Jung received his certificate of election and the International Federation flag at the opening ceremony of the Sunchang Open General Soft Tennis Tournament in Sunchang-gun, Jeollabuk-do on Tuesday. 바카라사이트
Chung, a medical doctor, was elected president of the National Table Tennis Federation in 2017 and will lead the Korea Soft Tennis Association from 2021.
He is the third South Korean to hold the position of President of the International Soft Tennis Federation, following previous presidents Choi Joong-soon and Park Sang-ha.
The 16th president is Vinaya Bikramsha, the president of the Nepalese federation, who took office in 2019. She will serve a four-year term.
“The World Championships will be held in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do in 2024, and I will contribute and serve the global development of soft tennis,” said Jung.
