Portugal’s national soccer team thrashed Luxembourg 9-0 despite the absence of their star player Cristiano Ronaldo (38, Alnasr).
It came in their Euro 2024 qualifying Group J sixth round match against Luxembourg at the Estádio Algarve in Faro, Portugal, on Nov. 11 (local time).
Center back Gonzalo Inacio, striker Gonzalo Hamus, and central attacking midfielder Diogo Jota scored two goals apiece for Portugal, while Ricardo Horta, Bruno Fernandes, and João Felix added one apiece.
Ronaldo was unavailable for this game after being suspended for accumulating yellow cards in the last match against Slovakia. He missed a chance to extend his record for most goals in an A-match (123). 바카라
